Project Description: Citygram is a geographic notification platform designed to work with open government data. It allows residents to designate area(s) of a city they are interested in and subscribe to one or more topics – for example, you can subscribe to road closures in a 1/2 mile radius around your house.

Balance Drifting

For the state of North Carolina, there are three ways to receive the balance of one’s EBT card (food stamps): on a purchase receipt, through the website or calling the 800-number. Many EBT recipients are without data or internet access. Therefore, each of these options come with accessibility problems.
